Cozido \u00e0 Portuguesa or portuguese stew is one of the most emblematic dishes of traditional Portuguese cuisine. It is a hearty and comforting dish, prepared with a wide variety of meats, sausages, and vegetables slowly cooked in the same pot. <\/p>\n

All the ingredients are cooked slowly, respecting the cooking time of each one. The secret lies in the long cooking time, which allows the flavors to blend naturally, creating a rich and aromatic broth. Often, the rice is cooked in this water, absorbing all the intensity of the dish. <\/p>\n
